Bring your resume if you have one, or an old one that might need updating. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, we will create one for you. You can email it to us in advance or bring a paper copy. Please also bring some proof of identity documents. Think about what help you want from us to get you a job and any questions you might have around what you need to do to maintain Government payments while looking for work.

Your first appointment will take up to 2 hours, so please allow this much time. You can expect to meet your designated consultant and spend time with them, while they get to know you. Your meeting will be in a general office environment. You can request a private meeting room if you feel more comfortable.
