If you have a mobile number we will send you a reminder about your first appointment. Otherwise, you can see your next appointment time through myGov.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
Call us as soon as possible
Before your appointment time, call us on 1300 967 575 and let us know why you can’t attend. If you are unavailable to call us, you can submit a request a call back.
We will let you know your obligations
When you reschedule we will let you know your obligations and if you have any outstanding actions to complete.

Once you have let us know why you can’t attend and it is an accepted reason, we will make a more convenient time for you.
