The Work Ready, Release Ready program supports prisoners in South Australia prepare for employment in time for their release, with the aim of reducing the rate of reoffending. Your business can benefit from a pool of trained, engaged and job ready candidates. Inmates are supported to understand what is expected in the workplace and enhance their skills, attitudes and the behaviours required to make a successful transition to work.
