We know things are really difficult at the moment and our communities are experiencing high levels of anxiety. Our services have been adjusted to cater to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to deliver our services with care and respect, ensuring the safety of our customers and staff in this delivery.
Our staff in Victoria are adhering to current lockdown restrictions and are working from home to provide virtual servicing (via phone, video conference, email and SMS) to all employers and job seekers. This means that our offices in Victoria are currently not open for face-to-face servicing.
All of our other offices in NSW, SA and WA are providing services (including appointments) via phone, video conference, email and SMS, with the option for customers to opt in for face-to-face servicing on request.
