We know things have been difficult and our communities have experienced high levels of anxiety. Our services have been adjusted to cater to the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to deliver our services with care and respect, ensuring the safety of our customers and staff in this delivery. 

**Important** our staff in Victoria and South Australia are providing virtual servicing (via phone, video conference, email and SMS) to all employers and job seekers. This means that our offices in Victoria and South Australia are currently not open for face-to-face servicing. Non-attendance (via phone) at appointments will not incur any penalty. All of our other offices in NSW and WA are providing services (including appointments) via phone, video conference, email and SMS, with the option for customers to opt in for face-to-face servicing on request.

We are asking that anyone who has been unwell or in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 does not come into our offices.  If you are visiting our offices, please be mindful about social distancing, hand washing and the use of sanitiser.  If you are a customer who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms, please notify us immediately.
