What will happen to your feedback?
Your feedback will be acknowledged within three working days.
You will receive a response to your feedback within 10 working days, if you have requested one. If this is not possible, we will send you a letter explaining why there is a delay and then respond in full to your feedback within 28 working days.
The reply you receive will tell you what to do if you are not happy with the response you have received from Workskil Australia.
