The safety of our customers and staff are our first priority and we continue to deliver our services with care and respect.

Our Melbourne Metropolitan offices are currently delivering virtual servicing to all customers. To those customers in this region who have an urgent/emergency situation or they cannot access a phone or digital service, they may come into the office provided they are wearing a mask and are practising safe COVID and social distancing measures. Please note: due to office number capacity, customers may not be able to enter some officers. Please phone ahead (if possible) to confirm.

Our offices in the Barwon region of Victoria (Geelong, Corio, Waurn Ponds) are now servicing customers face-to-face, provided a face mask is worn indoors and you do not attend a site if you have been feeling unwell.

All Victorian customers should review the Victorian Government list of exposure sites and get tested if you have visited any of these locations, https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/exposure-sites.

Services in all other states are required to be conducted face to face. SA, NSW and WA customers must attend their appointments in person, unless there are exceptional circumstances (health or COVID-19 related issues). 

We are asking that anyone who has been unwell or in contact with someone who has had COVID-19 does not come into our offices.  If you are visiting our offices, please be mindful about social distancing, hand washing and the use of sanitiser.  If you are a customer who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms, please notify us immediately.
