Building positive relationships with our Post Placement Support
What is Post Placement Support?
Our Post Placement Support is at no cost and provides support, guidance and advice to organisations who have employed a Workskil Australia candidate. We will be in contact with you for up to six months to make sure you and your new employee are able to build a positive working relationship.
What does Post Placement Support include?
- Centralised Dedicated Contact. You will have a dedicated consultant who will be in contact with you regarding your employee’s progress within their role.
- Travel Assistance, Work-related Clothing, Licences and Clearances. We may be able to assist with work related clothing, licences, tickets and clearances that are relevant to their role.
- Wage Subsidy Support. We will see if you are eligible to receive any government incentives for taking on a new employee.
What do I need to do?
We understand that you’re very busy managing your business and appreciate that you may not always be available. So with that in mind, if you could please respond to us at your earliest convenience, we would greatly appreciate it. If you could also please provide us with open and honest feedback about you and your new employee’s working relationship, we can assist to smooth out any bumps. We also ask if you can provide us with payslips and employment confirmations.
