In order to facilitate our commitment to Quality standards and services and maintaining the benefits of the above certifications, our organisation appoints staff as ‘Quality Champions’ at each location where services are delivered. We conduct regular reviews of key documentation and processes to ensure the principles of continuous improvement in all activities.
All employees and customers are encouraged to provide suggestions as to how we are able to improve the quality of services provided. Feedback can be provided via the Compliments and Complaints Feedback process at each site, the website feedback mechanism or calling the 1300 967 575 number.
