Services Australia has announced that, from Tuesday 9 June 2020, if you are in receipt of JobSeeker payments and have been referred to a jobactive provider, you are required to attend at least one appointment over the phone or via email. Rest assured that we are here to help.

If you have been referred to Workskil Australia, we will contact you via phone, SMS, letter or email to organise a (phone) appointment.

You do not need to travel to a Workskil Australia office but they are all open if you require support. We are practicing social distancing and minimising the need for people to travel on public transport and attend offices but please ensure you call ahead to make a time to visit.
